Having outgrown her pony and in need of a full-sized horse, Sarah Fitch of 824 Henry (right) painted a "for sale" sign on the animal and gave demonstration rides around the neighborhood. Taking a demonstration ride in this picture are Carole and Bill Tibbals, children of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tibbals of 1227 Olivia. Miss Fitch is the daughter of Mrs. Donald D. MacMullen. The pony's name is Shorty. The pony remains unsold.
