REAL ENOUGH TO EAT: The birthday cake which Hazel M. Keedle, childrens' librarian at the Ann Arbor Public Library, and Joan Gallup proudly present is the cake indicative of the Vacation Reading Club drive to encourage vacation reading among children. Each time a child reads and reviews a book he or she can place a candle in the cake. Joan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur W. Gallup, 645 Riverside Dr., is the high school art student who designed the cake.
