Luxurious Overtones: This is the palatial 11-room home of Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Gerganoff of 1330 Huron River Dr., Ypsilanti township. Built into a hillside, the house is high above the Huron River. The ranch-type bi-level has a three-room apartment for guests. A one-acre terraced garden contains 10,000 perennials which blossom between May and October, highlighting the house. Color is effectively used inside the house and out.
