EVEN THE BEST DRIVERS HAVE TROUBLE: The blizzard that struck Ann Arbor early today inconvenienced all motorists, but taxis, with a land office business on their hands, became desperate when drifts, ice and balky engines gave them trouble. Automobile owners are urged to keep their cars off the streets after midnight tonight so that plows may clear them.
