Hattie Emma Kotts

Hattie Emma Kotts, 60, lifelong resident of Sharon township, died at her home yesterday after a lingering illness. She was born Aug. 22, 1875, in Sharon township, daughter of Lambert and Olive List Gieske, and was married Feb. 24, 1897 to John Kotts.
She was a member of the Rowe's Corner church and the ladies aid and missionary societies of that church.
Mrs. Kotts is survived by her husband; one brother, Burt Gieske, Manchester; and one sister, Mrs. George Smith, Cattle Falls, Wash.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Rowe's Corner church, with Rev. W. H. Fairchild officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church between 12 and 2 Sunday afternoon.
