Fred E. Nordman, 64, lifelong resident of Ann Arbor, and one of the first city firemen here, died this morning. He was retired from the fire department and had made his home for many years on Granger Ave. He was born April 9, 1872 in Ann Arbor.
He is survived by four sons, LaVerne, Ethol, and Frank, all of this city and William of Dexter; five grandchildren; a brother; Omar of Ionia, and a sister, Mrs. Addie McComb of Battle Creek.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Monday afternoon at the Zulz funeral home, with Rev. Theodore R. Schmale officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem cemetery. Friends may call at the Zulz funeral home.
