A farewell tea was given yesterday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Donald Kline on E. Stadium Blvd. for Mrs. G. J. Burlingame of E. Stadium Blvd., who expects to leave with Capt. Burlingame next month when Co. K may be called for active duty.
The neighborhood group of 12 presented a gift to Mrs. Burlingame. Pink and white asters, dahlias and roses were used through the rooms, and the tea table was set with rose glass and silver, and centered with a bowl of single baby asters in shades of pink. Mrs. Clayton Lewis of Iroquois Ave. poured.
