Miss Lillian A. Chandler, last member of an old Ann Arbor family, died last night, after a brief illness, at her residence, 1025 Packard St.
Miss Chandler was 81 years old and had lived in Ann Arbor for 61 years. She was born Sept. 20, 1859, in Sharon, O., but her parents, Philander and Susan Cox Chandler, had lived in Ann Arbor previously.
She leaves two cousins, the Misses Luella and Dula Chandler, of E. University Ave.; and three great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Muehlig chapel, with Rev. Henry Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call after today at the Muehlig chapel.
