Mrs. Helen Amanda Cook

MILAN - Mrs. Helen Amanda Cook, 81 years old, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ansyl Palmer, in Detroit yesterday. She had gone to her daughter's home a week ago for a visit.
Mrs. Cook, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leverett Olds, was born in Cone March 27, 1861. She married John W. Cook on July 23, 1882. The couple celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last summer. For the past 22 years, the Cooks had lived at 164919 Cone Rd.
Survivors include the husband, two daughters, Mrs. Palmer and Mrs. Ralph P. Miller, both of Detroit; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Stevens and Bush funeral home here at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev. D. C. Swaney will officiate and burial will be in Lake Ridge cemetery.
