Margaret Nickerson Martin of S. Division St., state president of the Michigan department, American Federation of the Physically Handicapped, Inc., conducted a state council meeting of the federation Sunday afternoon at Tuckaway House.
Mrs. Martin will go to Battle Creek Wednesday to help organize a new lodge in that city. She will attend a state meeting of the Governor's Commission on employment of the physically handicapped Thursday in Detroit.
