Dies Suddenly At 46
YPSILANTI - Norman A. Dupuis, 46, of 1580 Sudbury Ct., Willow Village, died suddenly Friday in Beyer Memorial Hospital.
At the time of his death, he was employed as a meat cutter in the Seven Seas Supermarket, 1431 E. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti.
Mr. Dupuis was born on Oct. 31, 1903, in Essex county, Ontario, a son of Henry and Exerine Knapp Dupuis. He came to this country in 1927.
Mr. Dupuis was a member of Moose Lodge, No. 782, of Ypsilanti.
He is survived by a daughter, Judy, and a son, Thomas, both of Ypsilanti.
Also surviving are his mother, living in Windsor, Ont.; five sisters, Mrs. Raymond Bondy and Mrs. Thomas Paquette, both of Windsor, Mrs. Herman Paquette of McGregor, Ont., Mrs. Adolph Rocheleau of River Canard, Ont., and Mrs. Joseph Prince of Detroit; and four brothers, Josie and Oscar Dupuis of Windsor, and John and Ulysse Dupuis both of La Salle, Ont.
A prayer service will be held at 7 o'clock tonight at the Geer Funeral Home here, and funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning in St. John's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery in Ypsilanti. Friends may call at the funeral home.
