The new dining room, appropriately named the "Golden Apples Room," of the Tower Hotel, 300 S. Thayer St., is rapidly being prepared for its formal opening sometime next week. The room contains plastic lampshades designed as golden apples. The room is done in nine panels of wall paper depicting various scenes.
