A special mass for Allen F. Sherzer, former professor of mechanical engineering at the University who died Monday morning at his home, 1213 Ferdon Rd., will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday by his son, the Rev. Dr. William J. Sherzer, at St. Mary's Chapel. The mass will be open to friends of the deceased.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Muehlig Chapel, with burial to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at the Muehlig Chapel at 8 p.m. today.
