Francke will continue as editor of the American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy, a post he has held for nearly 20 years.

He lives at 1020 Ferdon Rd. He and Mrs. Francke will move to Washington, D. C., soon after the first of the year.

Francke is co-author of Scoville’s “The Art of Compounding,” a contributor to “Remington’s Practice of Pharmacy,” and author of the “Hospital Formulary of Selected Drugs,” which served as the original basis for the American Hospital Formulary Service.
