YPSILANTI - Funeral services for Apprentice Seaman Charles E. Foyer will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Geer Funeral Home, with the Rev. Raymond Riley officiating. Burial will full military honors by the U. S. Navy will be in Udell Cemetery. Friends may call at the Geer Funeral Home. Foyer was killed yesterday in an automobile accident in Livingston County.
