Sweet, Mrs. Carl (Frieda A.) 504 W. Washington -
Age 72, passed away today in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. She was born September 5, 1894 in Saline, the daughter of Mr. andMrs. Henry Seitz and has been in the Ann Arbor area all of her life. Her husband, Carl, preceded her in death. Mrs. Sweet was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Ann Arbor, had taught Sunday School of 25 years, and was a member of the Ladies Aid. Survivors include two daughter, Mrs. Gerald Howitt of Brighton and Mrs. David Casey of Ann Arbor; seven grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Louise E. Wirth of Ann Arbor; one brother, Mrs. Emanuel Seitz of Ann Arbor. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at the Staffan Funeral Home, the Rev. Carl Brauer and Rev. Norbert H. Mueller officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Saline. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
