Age 71, passed away in Florida. Mr. Woods had made his home in Florida coming from Ann Arbor 22 years ago. He was a member of the Ann Arbor Lodge No. 544 F&AM where he was a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of the Miami Consistory, a member of the Moslem Temple of Detroit and also a life member of the Pompano Beach Elks Club No. 1898. Mr. Woods is survived by his wife, Wilhelmina of Pompano Beach; one son Robert, of Brighton; three brothers, Paul Woods of Berkley, Va., Jack Parks and Tom Parks both of Ann Arbor; one sister, Mrs. Gray Pickerd of Mt. Dora, Fla.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Kraeer Funeral Home in Pompano Beach. Burial will take place in the Pompano Beach Cemetery. An Elks service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and a Masonic service will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the cemetery.
