Feiner’s Glass sold

Feiner's Glass, 2350 W. Liberty, has been sold to the Diamond Glass Co, 5239 Jackson Road, Mike Walton, owner of Diamond Glass, has announced.

Walton said the transaction would provide Diamond with needed addition space and put Diamond into a better position in the residential repair market. He said Diamond has been strong in the commercial and construction aspect of the glass business while Feiner's has concentrated on glass and screen repairs and sales to individuals.

Feiner's, most recently operated by John Feiner, has been a family owned business in Ann Arbor since 1884. Diamond has been in operation here for six years.
