Romanov Rumpus
The reigning house of Russia from 1613 to 1917 was Romanov House. Before their accession the Rurik Dynasty became extinct after the death of Tsar Feodor I. In February of 1613 Michael Romanov was elected Tsar of Russia establishing the Romanovs as the second reigning dynasty of Russia. It was actually Michael’s GRANDSON who would make the bigger mark of the world. Figure out what his grandson did in 1721 and see if you can find it.

The wikipedia page for The House of Romanov tells you exactly what you need. In fact on that page it mentions the city and the REGION you are searching for. It's one word. It's a REALLY cold place that people get sent to. Technically it's a region that covers parts of Eurasia and North Asia - it's only been considered a part of Russia since the 17th Century. It's a HUGE place. Thanks for playing!
