RIPE CUCUMBER CATSUP

Twelve ripe cucumbers, 4 onions. Grate and remove the seeds. Let stand over night in a colander, measure juice. Do not use the juice, but add as much vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Bottle as other catsup.
