Easter
Oh, bright star of Judata. I see thee again ! Again hear the echo ofthatcheering strain. As it f ell on the ears of the ehepherds that morn When ;to;us, a Redeemer, a Savlour was boni. From the bilU of Moriah, from Bethlehem's plaln. The song of redeinption is waf ted again ; "Gloria io exeelsis" the Angels now sing, Let earth catch the notes as through Heaveu theyring. The tale of Golgotba is only too true, And Calvary's horrors have passed in review , But the Saviour is risen and darkness and gloom No longer obscure the pathway to the tomb.
