Doublé the total estimated true valuation of all property of every kind in eighteen States. Three times the estimated value of all property in ten States. Four times the total wealth of seven States. Fifteen times the total wealth oí Nevada. Every cent of this must be raised by taxation. It means $16 per head and $96 per family that must be paid.
