Caleb Krause, the painter, has re turned from Hamilton, Ontario. Mr. and Mrs. Charles S. Millen visited Detroit friends, Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Howlett ar visiting their parents in Lyndon. O. L. Matthews, Esq., of Lan sing, visited friends in the city thi week. Mrs. Maloney and Miss Margare Sinclair, of Detroit, were in the cit this week. Mrs. B. Beckwith, of Ann Arbor visited Mrs. Watrous, of Bay City this week. Mrs. J. A. Kimball, of San Lui Obispo, Cal., is visiting her father E. B. Lewis. W. W. Worden, of South Bend Ind., has been visiting his father, C H. Worden. Miss Mate Clark left Wednesday morning for Chicago, to visit her sister, Mrs. B. W. Roberts for a week or two.
