Paterson, N. J., June 1.- Richard I). Young, convicted of conspiracy with Mr. Richardt, his confidential clerk, for attempting to ruin Mrs. Young's character so that he could get evidence upon which to base a divorcie suit, was sentenced Friday to pay a fine of $100 and costs. He paid his fine at once.
