At a session of the Probate Jourtfor the Couniy of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office n the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the first day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate In the matter oi the estáte of William Exinger, leceaaed. Henry C. Exinger, the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render hls flnal account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday the thirtleth day of June, instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examning and such account, and that the heirs at Iaw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are re uired to appear at a session of said Court. then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City ot Ann Arbor, in eaid county, and show cause, if any here be, why the said account should not be alowed: Anditis further ordered that saidadminisrator give notice to the. persons interested in aid estáte, of the pendency of said account, and he hearing thereof by causing a copy ofthis order o be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newsaper printed and circulating in said county three ucceesive weeks previous to said dav of hearingJ.
