Default has been made in the condltiona oí said mortgage by the non-payment of the moneys due thereon by whieh the power ol sale therein contained has become operatiye. There is now claimed to be due and unpaid on said mortgage tho sum of eight hundred and elghty-six and 90-100 dollars and no proceedings at law or in chancory have been instituted to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the statute in such case made and provided, I shall sell the said preraises above and in said mortgage desorlbed at public auction to the highest bidder on Saturday the 15th day of August, 1881, at one o'clock In the afteriiduii at thi south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor in said county, to make and satisfy the amount then due on said mortgage, the coat and charges of thte foreclosure and sale and twenty-flve dollars attorney fee as provided for in said mortgage. DEFAÜLT having been made in theconditions of acertain mortgage made by Richard Brown and Catherine Brown to Thomas Kearuey, dated March 5, A. D. 1885, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, for the County of Washtenaw and state of Michigan, on the flfth day of March. A D, 1885, in Liber 64 of Mortgagos, on page 438 on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the dateof this notice the sum of two thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine dollars and flfty -nine cents, and an attorney's fee of thirty dollars provided for in said mortgage. and nosuit or proceedmgs at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said mortgage, or part thereof; Now. therefore, by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, and the statute in such case made and provided, notice la hereby given that on Friday, the teuth day of July, A. In the matter of the estáte of Kugene Huss and Amelia Bugs, minors. Notice is hereby given, that in pursuanee of an order granted to the underslgned guardián of the estáte ef said minors, by the Hon. Judfre of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on thefll'teenthday of June, A. D. 1891, there will be sold at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the east front entrence of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor in the Countv of Washtenaw, in said State, on Saturday, the flrst day of August, A.
