The following order lias lx-cn sent to Post Commanders In this county: Headquahteks waghtenaw county battalion, Ann Arbor, July 23. 1891. 3eab Sir and Comrade: At the parade o( the National Encainpmeut in Detroit on August 4th the Department of Michigan vvill havq the lelt of the line, and wlll be massed, on each side of Washington avenue 4etween Grand Circus Park and Micliiigan avenue. The hoad of the raaiu column wlll start from Grand Circusj Park, moving down Washington to Michigan avenue, passing between the comrades of the Department of Michigan) reeting on each side of Washing ifon ave-, affording the Battalion one of the best opportunities on the entiro line of march, to see the parade and their eomr.id'os from other Departinents.
