At a session of the Probate Court for the oounty of W ashtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Anti Arbor, o Monday the 2Sth day of September in. the year one thousand eieht hundred and ninety-one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter oí tne estáte of Rebecca Henriques deceaaed. On readin and filing1 the petition, dulv verified, of John M. Wheeler, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this" court, purporting to be the last will &nd testament of eaid deceased, tnay be admitttd to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to himaelf aod Zina P. King the executors named in said will or some other suitableperson.
