The following cases have been disposed of in the circuit court during the past week. J. Manly Young vs. Barbara Wolf and Charles Wolf. Trespass. Verdict of eix cents for plaintiff. Procecdings stayed for 15 days in which to move for a new trial. Frank Joslyn vs. George Moorman. Cause discontinued by consent. Charles H. Combs vs.'Hiram, Dunsniore. Appeal on an ejectment. Verdict for plaintiff. In the matter of the appeal of Philip Sission irom the decisión of commissioners upon the claims against estáte of Henry K. Watson, deceased. Settled, the estáte to pay claimant $200 and attorney fees of $15. The people vs. Dennis M. Doyle. Violation of liquor laws. Bond of detendant, givcn May 27th, 1890, with Alfred J. Kuapp as surety .forfeited tor the uon-appearance oí deíendant. Miss Sophia Gregory, a former Ann Arborite, di-ed at Detroit, on Sunday, oí hernia, aged 70 years. Deceased was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mts. Hubbell Gregory, of Lawrence Street, and sister oí Samuel R. Gregory and Mrs. Á. J. DeForest. The remains were brought to this city and interred in Foreet Hill cemetery, Monday afternoon, Rev. C. M. Coburn ofiiciating at the services at the grave. In re-application of Mathew J. A. Gilmour to become a citizen. Admitted. L'. J. Liesemer vs. John Burg. Bill to aet aside a deed. Continued. The People vs. Liawrence J. Danini. Plead guilty ot violation of liquor laws and fined $25. Thos. J. Eeeeh vs. Wm. Burke. Diacontinued by stipulation. The cases of T. C. Brooks vs. John Coyle, Timothy Fohey, Philip Duffy, and P. and M. Duffy were discontiuued by consent. E. A. Hauser vs. Robert , Batey. Replevin. Verdict for plaintiff. In re-application of Timothino Taniinosian for admission to citizenship. admitted.
