Our liearts were saddened as the word came to us that our dear friend, Mr. James T. MeCluskey, had breathed his last. Oa leaving home the evening of November 17th, at 4 o'elock, he bid his wife and chüdren good bye, started on his train ïor Michigan City. and bcfore reachüig his dostination hc had died. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss and he will be greatly misscd by them and his many frtonds. He was widrly known and ingWy esteemed, a noble true father and kind husband. His reinaiiiis were broiight back to his home to Jackson and the funeral was held irom St. Josepli church, Dexter, Fri'day, November 20th, 1891. the funeral sermón being deliverefl by Rev. Fr. Goldrick. He was boni in Ham burg, 12th, 18(30, and Avas mar ried to Miss Minnie Armstrong, No veinber 22, 1882.
