Mr. Valantine, of Brighton, spent Sunday with friends he R. S. Coy, of Vfason, spent SunI day with J.I3. Laraway and farnily. The young people are all trying to raise money enough to have a term of singing school. The social at Mrs. T. Renwick's, on last Friday evening, was weil attended. Proceeds netted over four dollars.
