Keeeh and Mclntyre. Absent- Mr. Schuh. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. By Mr. Keech: Resolved, That it be reported to the Council tliat Koch cV Bros. liave refueed to execute a contract with sureties for the construction of a culvert over inill race on Felch Street, and that this board would ïecoimnend that the culvert be constructed by the city unde-r the direction of the Street Coniïnissioner. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, and McIntyre. The street bilis tor the month of July were audited by the Board. The City Engineer reported and submitted memorándum lor sidewalk and street grades. On motion the report and memorandum of grades were accepted and submitted to the Common Council. Mr. Mclntyre moved that permission be and is hereby gr anted Dr. W. B. Sniith to remove one shade tree in front of his property on Huron street. Y eas- Messrs. Keech and Mclntyre. The maiter of Mrs. Burns, of N. State street, was referred to Mr. , Mclntyre and the Street Commissioner. On motion the Board adjourned. Clerk.
