The School Census

The school census tliis year shows an increase of 14 ehildieii of school age in this district, the number now being 3,073 as against 2,929 a year ago. The big increase is in the third ward, which shows an addition of 122, and the only decrease is in the flfth ward, where the decrease is 29. The flrst ward shows an increase of 8, the second ward 21, the third ward 122, the fourth ward 19, and the sixth ward 8. The census for the two years was as follows: 1K91. 18SW.
