Keech uui Mclntyre. Absent.- Mr. Schub. Minutes of previous meeting read uid approved. The Clerk read a resolution which passed at the last Couucil meeting rel ative to walk on Chapín street, the matter being canvussrd by the Board and Mr. Cheever, being present, and it was agreed that Street Commissioner Sutherland should grade and construct ;he said Walk at the expense of Mr. Cheever. Whereupon, Mr. Keech iioved that the Street Commissioner is tereby authorized to grade and construct said sidewalk in front of the jropertyof Miss Noble and M. W. Cheever on Chapin street at their expences. Yeas- Messrs. Keech and MclntyreNays- Norte. Tlie Board then adjourned.
