Annual Meeting, Presbyterian Church

The congreeation of the Presbyterian church held their annual meeting Monday night. S. W. Clarkson and James L. Babcock were elected trustees for three years. Mr. Clarkson was re-elected and Mr. Babcock was elected to take the place of Mr. Philip Bach who declined a re-election. The flnancial report showed a gratifying state of affairs. The receipts for the year were $3,370.39, expenditures $3,363.68, leaving the Society free from debt and with $200 yet due on pew rent. The $6,000 bequeathed by Mrs. Louise Sackett to build a parsonage will soon be available when a handsome house will be erected. The church now has a menibership of 430, the Young People's Society a membership of 250 and the Sunday school a membership of 500.
