P. Lavey visited in Pinckney Thursday. Ben Allen, of Pinckney, was her Thursday. Ed. Reid, of Grand Rapids, i the guest of his brother and sister Will Curlett was a Pinckney visito the last of the week. Mr. and Mrs. John Pidd enter tained relatives the past week. Mrs. C. Seper has been enter taining her cousin for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Barber are enjoy ing a visit from their daughter. Chas. Andrews, of Ann Arbor made a short cali here, Wednesday Mrs. Chas. Carpenter visited her sons in Ann Arbor last week. Miss Anna Gregory has been aresented with a nice new organ by ïer parents. D. Bell will build a new ice house his winter. Airs. ísarah Keason was marned to Mr. Paine, of Tackson, Jan. 21, 1893. Nick Reid has just recovered from a severe sickness. A little son of Mr. and Mrs. Hollis, of Jackson, was brought here for burial, Monday. Miss Sarah Taylor attended the pupils' recital at Ann Arbor on Saturday, and remained over Sunday with her sister. George Culy, of Hamburg, made us a cali on Tuesday. A very pleasant evening party was held at the home of Mr. Mowers, Tuesday evening.
