Eva Madary, the young colored woEQiin, charged with taking S176 from the person or Franz Kapp, a saloon keeper on Liberty street, while fooling With him, was bound over to the circuit court by Justice Butts, Friday and in default of $2,000 bail, she is in jail. She is defended by E. F. Johnson, Esq., and Hon. Chas. II. Kline. Charles Fox paid $5 fine and $2.70 costs in Justice Pond's court, last Friday, for carrying coucealed weapons. John O'Brien and John Eandall, two tramps, carried their drunk to such an extent that Justice Pond, on Friday, sentenced them to two and ten days respectively in jail.
