Sale Of The Old Millen Property

The biggest real estáte deal of the rnonth was the sale of the old Milieu homestead on the corner of Waslite. naw avenue and Ilill street on SaturdaytoProf. A. II. Pattengül by Edwin Packard for $21,000. Since purchasing this fine property, Prof. Patteugill has sold the large residence on the property to the Phi Kappa Psi society, the consideratiou being stated at $1:2,000. He has also sold a lot on Ilill street, eight rods front, directly adjoining the Phi Kappa Psi house to Prof. J. C. Knowltou and an eight rod lot directly west of this to Prof. H. C. Adams. This leaves Prof. Pattengül an eight rod lot on Ilill street on which he will erect a haudsome residence this summer. and tvvo lots facing on Washtenaw avenue. Botb Prof. Knowlton and Prol'. Adams will erect homes for themselves on their parchases this sutumer. A fine class of residences is going up in tliis part of the city.
