JacksonI April 10.- Cpt, Maurice P. GUI waived examination on the eharg-e of criminal negligence in allowing Latimer to escape from the penitentiary, and was bound over to the May term of the circuit eourt.. His case is set for the first of the term which beg-ins, Monday. May 1.
