ARBOR TENT. Just ask Mac vvho it is. He knows. There are ten tents in Washtenaw county. Two initiations last Friday evening, making 401. There are two more candidates ready for this evening. There are twenty Maccabees residing on "Maccabee Hill. The Tent will attend one of the churches in a body on June 1 1 . There was a much larger attendance last Friday evening than usual. Student members of the order are always welcome, as also strangers in the city. It is said that the committee on the i2th Anniversary celebration favor a banquet. The Oriental will probably be conferred this evening, after the regular meeting. The name of the new degree being arranged is the "Select Knights of the Maccabees. " A prominent young lawyer is expected to be initiated into the mysteries, this evening. The Oriental Knights will hold another of their highly enjoyable banquets in the near future. Between six and seven hundred thousand dollars insurance is carried by the members of Arbor tent. The Orientáis are expecting to go to Chelsea soon as the Sir Knights of that place are anxious for the degree. A committec was appointed at the last Review to make arrangements for the celebration of the i2th anniversary of the order during the week of June n. JOHNSON TEXT. Five new members by card from Delhi tent. Johnson tent did not hold their regular review last week. The meeting night has been changed back to Wednesday night. There will be'k bee of the Maccabees of Johnson tent at the hall on next Monday evening. A committee has been appointed to confer with the committee from Arbor tent in reference to the anniversary. ARBOR HIVE. The next assessment of the Hive is due May 15. "Maccabee Hill"claims ten mem bers of the Hive. The Hive will give a May party on the evening of the ióth. The Ladies get together each Friday afternoon to work on their quilt and to enjoy a social chat. On Tuesday evening the Hive was presented with a handsome alter cloth by Mrs. G. W. Allmendinger.
