Cut Her Throat

Bay City, June 16.- Mrs. Isaac Pot ter, aged 23, cut her throat with arazor, almost severing her head from her body, and died within a few moments. A week a,go a child was born to her and ever since the woman has been afflicted with manta. She refused to have anything to do with the child. Her husband was sitting near the room when she cut her throat and had been tal king with her but a few moments before.
