Mortgage Sale. DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE IN THE conditions of a certain mortgatie made by Henry Mathews and Maria Mathewa, bis wife, xThe Huren Valley Building and Savings &asociatlon of Aun Arbor. Michigan, a corporation organized and doing business under ;he laws ot' the State of Michigan, at Arm rbor, Michigan, dated February twentyseventh A. D. 1891, and recorded in the office 3f the Register of Deeds, for the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, on the twenty-eight day of February A. D., 1S91, in über 74 of mortgages, on page 265 on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at t.he late of t hls notice the sum of oue thousand six liundred and ninety one dollars, and seyenty-two cents, and an attorney's fee of thirty-fi ve Dollars provided for in said mortgage, and nosult or proceedings at law hav[ng been instituted to recover the moneys secured by sald tnortgage, or any part thereof ; Now therefore, by virtue of tne power of sale eontained In said mortgage, and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that on Saturday the fifteenth day of July A. D., 1893, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, I shall sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the north front door of the CJourt House in the City of Aun Arbor, (that being the place where the circuit court for Washtenaw County is holden), the premiaos described in said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due on said mortgage, with seven per cent. interest, and all legal costs, together with an attorney's fee of thirty-five dollars eovenanted for therein, the premises being described in said mortgaire as all that certain lot, piece, andparcel, of land sitúate in the City of Ann Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, and known and described as follows: Commencing twentyone (21) feet west of the north east, corner of lot number three (3) in block number one (1), south range number three (3) east, theuce south seventy-two (72) feet, thence west twenty-one (21) feet, thence north seventytwo (72) feet, thence east twenty-one (21) feet to the place of beginning.
