Fillmore, praying that a cert&in instrument now on file in 'this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of seid deceased may be admitted to probate, and thatadminiatration of sald estáte may be granted to herself, the ereciurix in said will named or to some other buitable person. At a seeeion of the Probate Court for tüe County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 15th day of June, iu the yearone thousand eight hundred and ninety-three. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. Id the matter of the estáte of William Bush, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Mary M. Bush, praymg that she may be Hoemed to sell the Real Eatate whereof aaid deceased died seized. Thereupon it i ordered, that Monday, the tenth day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at asession of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should notbegranted. Davis, praying that a certain instrument now ou üle in thia court, purporting to be the laet will and testament of said deceased may beadmitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to hiinself, the eïecutor in said will numed, or to some other suitabie person. Cook, and recorded in the office of the Keister of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw, n the State of Michigan, on the 24th day of )ctober, 1891, in liber 76 of mortgages on page 03, for wbieh defauit said Lomax B.
