Suit For Damages

Mrs. Andrew Sutherland has coramenced a suit in chancery against J. L. Cox and the Dúplex Printing Company, of Battle Creek, in which she claims she was injured $6,000 worth by breach of a contract rendered by her late husband in selling a patent printing press and organizing the company. George A. Cutler, of Grand Rapids, is the solicitor, with Thompson, Harriman and Thompson as counsel.
