Adrián, July 10. - A special team driven by ex-Mayor W. H. Waldby became frightened by some bicycle riders Sunday evening, and, whirling suddenly, upset the carriage. Mrs. Waldby's right limb was broken, the right ankle dislocated, and her body badly bruised. The arm of Mr. Waldby was broken, the right wrist dislocated, and the left leg severely injured at the knee. The daughter. Miss Bertha Waldby, escaped harm. Mr. Waldby was a inember of the board of Indian commissioners under President Cleveland and is widely known in New York and Chicag"o banking circles.
