Alpena.. July 11. - Voeler, Fuhrman and Jacobs have been'found guilty of the murder of Albert Mouter. The case was given to the jury last Saturday night at 8 o'clock, and three hours later a verdict of murder in the first degree was returned. The prisoners will be sentenced later on. In all probability the trial of Repke, the self-confessed murderer, will now be taken up. This makes four men convicted, Grossman havingf been sentenced to Jackson for life last January. lAlbert Mollter, a merchant at Rogera City, and hl clerk. namad Sullivan, were murdered on the cveuinx of August &ï, 1975.
