On readingand fiücg the petition,duly verifled, of Richard BilMe, praying that a certain instrunent nowon file in this court, purportiDg to bo he last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that administration of saia estáte niay be granted to hlruself, the executor ia said will named, or to some other iiütable person. Curry, hls wife, to Lomax B. Cook, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw, in the State of Michigan, on the 24th day of October, 1891, in liber 76 of mortgages on page 403, for which default said Lomax B.
