I OFFICIAL.! Office of the Board of Public WORKS, I Ann Arbor, July 19, 1893. f Regular meeting. Boll called. Pull Board present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Mr. Schuh moved that we recornmend and ask the Common Council to appropriate the sum of $500 to construct stone culvert across creek on Fi,fth street between Liberty and W. Jefferson streets, (Second Ward), according to plans on file in this office . Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. Mr. Schuh moved that the Clerk advertise tor sealed tenders, for sewer pipes for the proposed main sewer, bids to be received up to and includmg Aug. 9th, 1S93, at 7 o'clock. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. The Sidewalk Inspector reported that he had personally inspected the sidewalks which had not as yet beeu con. structed; on the south side of Huron street, in front of the property of Mrs Anna B. Bach and Mrs. Ellen Godfrey, Fred Besimer, Ilenry Matthews, Lyman James; on Thompson street, in front of the property of Joe Williams: on W. Huron street, in front of the property of Dr. Herdman; on the corner of Fackard street and Fourth ave., in front of the property of Jacob Wahl. On the east side of Third street, in front of the property of Christian Eberbach, Mrs. Catherine Krause, Mrs. Elizabeth Reichenecker. Louis llhode, and John Pfisterer. On the west side of North División street, in front of the property of estáte of David DeForest. On the north side of Wilmot street, in front of the property of Moses Seabolt and Mrs. Julianett A. Wiues, or by any person on their behalf, and that such sidewalks ought to be built without delay. Mr. Keech moved that the report be received and flled, and the Street Commissioner is hereby ordered to take the necessary steps to build all sidewalks so reported not built to this Board. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schub, and Mclntyre. Mr. Keech moved that the Clerk cause sidewalk notices served on the property owners on the nórtli side of Sumrnit street f rom Main to Spring streets. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schub and Mclntyre. The City Engineer submitted the following sidewalk grades, on the south side of E. Ann street from K. Fifth Ave. to División street: on the east side of Detroit street from Fourth Ave. to Fifth Ave., on the north side of E. Huron street, from Fifth Ave., to Devision street, on the west side of Fifth Ave., from Iluron to Washington streets. Ou motion of Mr. Keech the grades were approved and recommended to the Common Council tor approval. On motion the Board adioiuned. Clerk.
