To Ward Off Cholera

Lansing, Aug 13.- The state board of health has issued a circular to inspectors of immiffrants and travelers on the Michigan border, all tó he extremely eareful so as to guard against the entrance of dangerous diseases. The letter says that all immigi-auts on ships from Italian ports can probably be regarded as having- been exposed to cholera and all their bag-g-ag-e as infected wilh the disease.
