Mr. Keech moved that the Clerk cause sidewalk notiees to be served on the followins property owners where new walks are necessary-; On Fourth avenue, along the east stae, from Washington street to Liberty street. On East Huron street, the north side, betweeu Fourth and Piftli avenues, in front of the Goodrich Estáte property. On Detroit street, aloDff the east side, in front of the Morgan Estaté property.
